■Explanation of charges other than product price

For purchases over 10,000 yen, we will cover shipping and settlement fees.

For purchases under 10,000 yen, a shipping fee of 660 yen will be charged.

(If shipping charges are incurred due to customer circumstances such as when returning goods, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges.)

■Defective product

1) We will accept size exchanges only if the product is in stock and unused.

If the item is out of stock, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns, so if you are unsure about choosing a size, please check the inventory in advance.

2) If the customer wishes to exchange the product for any other reason, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

3) We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.
